boycott of Israel.

DHS chief Janet Napolitano appointed Arif Alikhan as assistant secretary for
the Office of Policy Development at the Department of Homeland Security. Mr.
Alikhan is a member of the Muslim Public Affairs Council, an organization that
supports Hezbollah, is pro-Palestine, and calls Israelis
"the worst terrorists in the world."
