Should Eric Holder Be Fired?

Take Our Poll Now

Allegations Leveled Against Attorney General
Investigation Warranted
Some Calling It Holder-Gate

Last week, Pajamas Media contributor, Patrick Poole, broke an exclusive story claiming the Department of Justice (DOJ), late last year, squashed pending terror finance support indictments that were about to be issued by the US Attorney’s office in Dallas against several prominent national Islamic organizations with ties to the Obama White House.

Quoting an unnamed DOJ informant, Poole wrote that one of the indictments was aimed at Omar Ahmad, one of the founders of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). He continued that that indictment and others were “scuttled last year at the direction of top-level political appointees within the Department of Justice (DOJ) – and possibly even the White House.”

These allegations come on top of a growing list of actions that run counter to the wishes and direction of the American public like:

  • the decision to try 9-11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed in a Manhattan civilian court rather than before a military commission
  • the decision to close Gitmo without first having a plan for what to do with the enemy combatants
  • the decision not to prosecute Black Panther voter intimidation even when it was captured on video tape
  • his consistent failure to acknowledge radical Islam as a motive in homegrown terrorism attacks

So the question is on the table:

Should Eric Holder Be Fired? Help us pressure Congress to investigate Eric Holder.
