Last Friday, Federal Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, sitting in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, denied the Council on American-Islamic Relations' (CAIR) motion to extend discovery in the American Freedom Law Center's defense of the Center for Security Policy (CSP) and several of its employees, who were sued by CAIR for conducting an undercover documentary designed to expose the Islamic organization's corrupt activities.

Another German convicted of hate speech for her comments about Islam
As Michael Stürzenberger, an editor of the conservative German website Politically Incorrect reports, a Munich court convicted on February 6, 2013, a 74-year-old pensioner, Maria Frank, of hate speech for a sign displayed by her at a September 8, 2012, rally. Frank's case demonstrates once again that individuals criticizing and/or condemning Islam can easily encounter legal difficulties in Germany and elsewhere.

Sahgal will also be launching the group's first report, 'Double Bind: The Muslim Right, the Anglo-American Left, and Universal Human Rights' highlighting the ongoing scandal of the left's promiscuous embrace of radical Islamists.

A few days ago, a man tried to assassinate Lars Hedegaard in Copenhagen - an event Mark wrote about here and here, but about which the broader western media has been shamefully silent.
