“The truth is incontrovertible, malice may attack it, ignorance

may deride it, but in the end; there it is.”

~ Winston Churchill ~

The Question of Islamic Reform
A corollary argument we often come across is that Islam, like Judaism and Christianity, only needs time in which to reform itself. I have contended that Islam cannot be reformed and yet perdure as Islam. But even were renovation possible, the issue is that, in a nuclear age in which terrorist organizations diligently seek the acquisition of WMDs and will, most likely, eventually get them, we no longer have the time to wait upon an Islamic “higher criticism” to disarm an aggressively militant faith—which is also a political ideology.
 Islam's Hatred of the Non-Muslim
Since it is the deepest Islamic obligation to have all recognize the truth of Muhammad's message, it is a Muslim duty to impose Shari'a on humanity. The infidels who resist Islam are thus responsible for the persistence of violence and the absence of world peace. It is they who force Muslims to take defensive measures to protect the truth of Islam through jihad, if necessary. Submission is the only solution to world peace, and it is in the best interest of humanity for the other to lose his otherness. This self-image helps explain why multitudes of Muslims react violently at almost every situation in which the honor of their prophet or their faith seems to be belittled while simultaneously complaining of being victims of oppression, aggression, racism, and the new and custom-made bête noir, "Islamophobia."
The Eclipse of the British Empire
Like all empires throughout history, of course, the sun eventually set on Britain’s, but that still does not explain how such an accomplished, prideful and patriotic people could literally hand their culture away to savages. What is perhaps most sadly ironic, is that U.K. Islamists, whose true allegiance lies not with their host country (the one that’s given them opportunities, safeguards and freedoms unattainable in their native lands), but rather with the “ummah” or Muslim community, is laughing squarely in the face of Brits who consistently reward them.

Congratulations Andy Murray!

U.S. in the Middle East: Good Intentions, Terrible Results

The Americans continue to support various Islamic organizations, such as Egypt's threatened Muslim Brotherhood, in the vain hope that they will cooperate and create "stable" institutions. The Americans have deluded themselves into thinking that the Islamists will forget their anti-Crusader agenda -- the driving force behind everything they do -- and their ultimate goal of Muslim world domination.

Tariq Ramadan Blames US and Zionists For Brotherhood Woes

According to Tariq Ramadan, all roads lead not to Rome but to America. A long-winded piece by Ramadan, the grandson of Muslim Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna,  uses circuitous logic and conspiracy theories to blame last week's ouster of Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi on an ongoing US-Zionist conspiracy (in cahoots with Salafi co-conspirators no less).

Africa’s Sorrow, Obama’s Shame
Obama’s  focus on the trans-Atlantic slave trade and lack of interest in Arab slavery probably has much to do with catering to the African-American vote and did not consider it fit to recognize the suffering of the millions of black African victims of Arab slavery.

Islamists Kill at Least 30 in Nigeria School Attack

Islamic militants attacked a boarding school in northeast Nigeria, killing at least 30 students and one teacher. Some of the students were burned alive in the latest school attack. The attackers set fire to buildings and shot students as they tried to flee.  Parents, unable to identify the burned and hot bodies, could be heard screaming with grief. The attack was blamed on Boko Haram, an Islamist terrorist organization whose name means "Western education is sacrilege."

Today is Malala's 16th birthday!

Soon she'll take to the UN floor with more than 3,500,000 of our voices behind her and tell the world about her fight for education for every girl and boy in the world. The support for her campaign has been overwhelming, and we've got much more to do -- but now is our time to celebrate the bravest girl we know.
Undaunted: Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff’s Fight for Free Speech
Sabaditsch-Wolff concluded with the declaration that “nobody will shut me up” and “I will continue to speak out.”  Sabaditsch-Wolff encouraged others to join her at the OSCE, saying “you can do it” and there is “no need to be afraid.”  Likewise, Sabaditsch-Wolff said that “these fights were fun because some of them we won.” Others should emulate her courage, commitment, and good cheer in freedom’s struggles sure to come.
World’s ‘Most Dangerous Islamist’ Alive, Well, and Living in Pennsylvania
Why has the federal government opted to turn a blind eye to Fetullah Gulen and his mountain fortress? Why have Gulen’s madrassahs been kept under the radar screen of Homeland Security? Why have the CIA and FBI allowed Gulen to wreak havoc and topple secular governments without interruption or intervention? The questions beg answers.
Canada in Landmark Move to Kill “Hate Speech” Law
Free speech advocates are hailing a move by the Canadian Senate this week to abolish a highly controversial section of Canada's Human Rights Act which, critics say, has been used to stifle the opinions of right-leaning journalists such as Mark Steyn and Ezra Levant.

Canada’s Terrorist Takedown
Canada learned from the experience of the BC “Millennium Bomber” Ahmed Ressam.  Last April, Canadian authorities arrested two men plotting to derail a train between Montreal and New York City. Meanwhile, the Boston bombing and the 9/11 attacks confirm that American intelligence, border and law enforcement agencies aren’t collaborating with each other nearly as much as they should.
Quebec is the Canary in the Coal-Mine of culticulturalism
The problem with minority group insistence on cultural rights arises when minority groups do not give clear evidence that they accept and respect majority values. To function smoothly, reasonable accommodation requires transparency on the part of all cultural groups within the society, demonstrating something more than quid pro quo, something that shows a genuine acceptance of the host culture by minority groups.

Jihadist group claims credit for Arizona wildfire
Fire jihad. Whether there is any truth to their claim or not, consider how savage and depraved it is for anyone or any group to take credit for so monstrous an act, and in the name of their religion, no less.  The devout Muslim group, Al Qaeda, has long urged the setting of forest fires as a form of jihad (holy war). In the spring of 2012, Al-Qaeda’s English-language online magazine, Inspire, published an article called “It Is of Your Freedom to Ignite a Firebomb,” which featured instructions on how to build an incendiary bomb to light forests on fire.
Lac-Mégantic: Fire’s out, but firefighters fear another flare-up
The fire that lit up the night sky in Lac-Mégantic on Saturday and destroyed much of the small town’s core has now been extinguished, but it didn’t go down without a fight. It took four days and 150 firefighters working around the clock to bring the blaze under control, and even now, the ashes are smouldering and volatile. As residents grieve for the dead and wait anxiously for news of those still missing, the threat of another explosion hangs over the town like a dark cloud.

PLEASE PRAY FOR THE PEOPLE OF LAC- MEGANTIC
