A new video has been circulating on the social
media, showing a member of the so-called Islamic State of Iraq and
Levant (ISIL) strangling a woman to death with his hands.
The video shows an ISIL member strangling a handcuffed woman as other watch and film the execution.
Location of the video is not exactly known and there is no statement saying why the woman is being killed.
ISIL is a radical group which is known for its extremist acts of violence.
The group which has been active in Syria and Iraq, has announced forming a state in north of Iraq where they have imposed their own ruling.
Public executions and torture of detainees are common crimes among the group members.
