acousthetic. - CETACEANS

Published on Sep 30, 2014
This song tells the story of the dolphin slaughter in Taiji, Japan and chain of events that follow. The first verse walks you through the dolphins perspective while being trapped into "the cove" and then forced to watch its pod/family slaughtered. The second verse speaks to the emotional struggle a cetacean faces after being sold into captivity. The chorus is a call to action. I can do better. Mankind can do better.

This issue is not just an animal welfare problem, but a human rights issue as well. For more information please visit dolphinproject.org and seashepherd.org.
