In a new ISIS propaganda video, three French jihadis have urged the 'brethren' to kill the enemies of Allah.The ISIS video featuring the French nationals calls on the Muslims in the Western countries to 'poison' the food and run over the Westerners with their cars.

In the seven-minute video, the French nationals burn their passports to show their defiance towards France, saying they will never come back to the country.

The high-production value video is subtitled in both Arabic and English. In the video one of the jihadis calls on the Muslims in France to 'kill' unbelievers in their own countries.

They have 'cars and weapons available', it is also possible to kill using poisoning water or food, a French ISIS jihadi says in the video.

The ISIS propaganda video opens with a masked fighter praising the Muslim 'Brothers and Sisters' for denouncing the Western ideas of democracy and nationalism and coming all the way to Syria and Iraq to live in the Islamic State.

The camera then shows a small group of ISIS fighters standing huddled around a fire. The French nationals are then seen smiling as they throw their passports into the fire.

One French masked fighter after burning his passport says, "You have oppressed us, fought our religion and insulted our Prophet (peace be upon him.) And today, we disbelieve in you and your passports, and if you come here we will fight you."

The film then fades into another shot - wherein it shows the group sitting around three unmasked French men facing the camera. According the video, released by the ISIS propaganda unit Al Hayat Media Center, the men were identified as Abu Osama al-Faranci, Abu Maryam al-Faranci and Abu Salman al-Faranci.

Abu Osama al-Firanci in the video says that jihad is 'the path of Allah.' He then questions the Muslims in the West: "What are you waiting for?"

"Why do you not perform Hijra? How do you accept to work in the land of Kufr (disbelievers) when Allah has opened a door for you to perform the best of deeds."

He then belittles the French Muslims for paying taxes and strengthening the economy. The money that they used to 'fight us, and kill our sisters, our women and our children," the ISIS jihadi says.
He then urges all the Muslims in France to travel to Syria and Iraq soon, as "a day may come when the borders will be closed and you will be left only with tears and regret."

Another French national, Abu Maryam al-Faranci, posing with a large sword and an AK-47 assault rifle, says that the ISIS fighters 'will not hesitate to cut your heads' if the French government keeps bombing Iraq and Syria. He then goes on to warn the French civilians, that ISIS will make situation so bad for the them that they 'will even fear travelling to the market'.

Then referring to the banning of the niqab in France, Abu Maryam, says "What are you waiting for? Do you not look around you?"

The last ISIS French fighter, referred to as Abu Salman al-Faransi, asks any French Muslim who cannot travel to Syria, to wage jihad at home. He (the French Muslims) should target civilians by any means possible to cause maximum damage.

"Terrorise them and do not allow them to sleep due to fear and horror. There are weapons and cars available and targets ready to be hit. Even poison is available, so poison the water and food of at least one of the enemies of Allah," he says.

"Kill them and spit in [sic] their faces and run over them with your cars. Do whatever you are able to do in order to humiliate them, for they deserve only this."
