This book from the Council on Foreign
Relations shows how Muslim women and men across the Middle East are working
within Islam to fight for women’s rights in a growing movement of Islamic
feminism. Journeying through Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and
Pakistan, the author introduces the reader to influential Islamic feminist
thinkers and successful grassroots activists working to create economic,
political, and educational opportunities for women. |

[Re:
'Hamas & Sharia Law Have Taken Over UC Davis': Student Senator] The
defacing of the AEPi house pretty much meets the definition of a 'hate
crime.' It will be interesting to see whether there is a federal
investigation of this heinous act. Hate crimes are federal crimes, not
usually state crimes. I suspect there are plenty cameras on the UC campus,
and any number of them must have caught the perps in the act, so identification
shouldn't pose much of a problem.

I
recently watched the Lou Dobb's interview with [Clarion Project National
Security Analyst] Ryan [Mauro] and would like to extend my gratitude to
everyone at Clarion Project for educating citizens on the Islamist threat to
our country; I would also like to volunteer my time to Clarion Project if
such a need exists.
