Important Congressional Hearing on Refugee Resettlement

Important Refugee Resettlement update
2nd congressional hearing on refugee resettlement This Wednesday, oct 7

Dear Concerned,
The refugee resettlement issue continues to heat up in the U.S. Congress.
Last week, the Senate Judiciary Committee held an oversight hearing on this important issue, and this Wednesday, a similar hearing will be held in the House of Representatives.
As we noted in our last email, if you live near Washington, DC and can attend this public hearing, it is important that you do – so that our federal legislators can see the faces of those concerned about this issue. Your physical presence will make a big difference on this issue and it will be well worth your time to attend.
If you are not able to attend Wednesday's  discussion, we encourage you to watch the hearing HERE, so you stay up-to-date on what those who represent you in the U.S. Congress are doing on this critical national security issue.
Specifics on Wednesday's hearing:
What:
Hearing on The Syrian Refugee Crisis and its Impact on the Security of the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program.
When:
Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 10:30 AM (Eastern)
Where:

Finally, PLEASE join our Refugee Resettlement Working group for even more education and tools to address this important issue during the days ahead.
Remember, if each of us does just a little, together, we will accomplish a lot.
Thank you!
