Action Alert: Say No to Syrian Refugees Admitted to the U.S.

ACTION ALERT
Say No to Syrian Refugees Admitted to the U.S.

We thought we were imagining things when we recently learned that the Obama Administration has resettled 441 un-vettable Syrian Refugees into our nation --just since the days since the Orlando terrorist attack.  Further, forty-nine of those refugees have been settled in Florida -- with ten of them settled in Orlando.  You just can’t make this stuff up!

Enough is enough of this complete disregard for America’s safety. It is past time we throw political correctness in the garbage where it belongs.

We must not stand idly by and do nothing. Victims of Orlando -- in fact all victims of terror -- deserve more from us.

The Obama Administration continues to turn a blind eye to the dangers of allowing individuals who cannot be vetted, and who are coming from war-torn, terrorist filled countries, to our shores.

There have been numerous reports that ISIS operatives are posing as Syrian refugees in attempts to enter the U.S. and commit acts of terror. We must take our enemies seriously and not allow our enemies to turn our compassion into a weapon that destroys us.

The Obama Administration has said they plan to resettle 10,000 un-vettable Syrians in the U.S. by September 30th and they have recommended a total of 100,000 be admitted in 2017.

We can no longer depend solely upon our elected officials. We, the American people, must get involved in the process and act as well.

There is an important piece of legislation in the U.S. Congress that will temporarily stop the U.S. refugee resettlement program until policies protecting the nation are firmly in place. The bill is H.R. 3314, the Resettlement Accountability and National Security Act, introduced by Representative Brian Babin (TX-36).

This bill must move forward through the legislative process, and now. It is very important that you demonstrate support of H.R. 3314 by contacting your federal legislator.

Click here to send an email of support for Rep. Babin’s bill to your federal Representative. It takes just a minute or two, but it is incredibly important that your legislator hear from you on this issue!
