An Islamic State fighter in Iraq murdered his parents after they refused to give his younger brothers over to the terror organization.
A local source in the province of Nineveh who requested anonymity told Al Smumaria News this week, “An Islamic State [ISIS/ISIL] militant has committed a crime against his parents by slaughtering them with a knife in the area of Al Razalani, west of Nineveh, because his parents refused to allow his brothers to be recruited to the organization.
“ISIS is suffering from the defection of most of its fighters and they are imposing ‘recruitment’ on youth and children in their camps in Nineveh and the province of Tel Afar, which includes more than five camps for child recruitment where they teach them about explosives and street fighting.”
The capital city of the Nineveh province, Mosul, was captured by the Islamic State in June 10, 2014. Iraq forces, trained by the U.S., recently recaptured the village of Nasr, 35 miles south of Mosul after an embarrassingly long three-month offensive.
